To best serve our customers it best to investigate and trace back the source of the problem. Some cases are simple and some more complex but for any repair work to be sucsessful we must first prevent the same problem from happening again.

Once the cause is found we can move on and record as much detail as possible from construction, moldings and profiles and timber species. before moving onto how to rebuilding and in some cases redesigning.

Once the appropriate method has been found, and timber species for the repair work decided , we can begin to piece everything back together. joining the old with the new.

once again modern machinery will get you so far but to authentically repair some structures the old ways are still the best.

When owning a listed building you have to be on top of maintenance but more importantly you are preserving part of the building and surrounding areas heritage. there is a huge amount of joy to be found in that and thats why we do it.
